Fantastic Mr. Fox by Roald Dahl

Fantastic Mr Fox is Roald Dahl’s much-loved story of a clever fox who outwits three greedy farmers, with illustrations by Quentin Blake. Boggis, Bunce and Bean are tired of Mr Fox raiding their farms, so the three of them team up to surround him and his family.

Trapped underground, Mr Fox refuses to give up and comes up with a daring plan to save everyone. Short chapters, comic villains and plenty of cunning make this an ideal early chapter book and a favourite read-aloud for families.
